CrossFit Reason is a coaching/training facility. You will have certified CrossFit trainers coaching every time you step into our doors. At a local gym like the local YMCA or big box gym (24 hour, LA Fitness) you may only pay $50 a month. You have to understand that that is an access fee. This small fee just gives you access to their gym. Inquire about personal training there and you’ll see the value of our Coaching Membership. In this region, 12-15 personal training seasons per month can cost you over $1000 per month at your local gym plus the cost of membership. We are tiny fraction of that price — and you will get better results and have a better time. We’re actually very affordable for the service and results you receive.
Our Group CrossFit program is designed to meet the needs of our large and varied community. This means soccer moms, EMTs, lawyers, and businessmen alike. Regardless of your current fitness level, you will benefit from the coaching at Reason.

More Affordable than Personal Training.
Our Group Coaching setting allows for our members to train under a experienced coach at the fraction of the cost of PT. In our one hour group classes, athletes are lead by our coaches through different parts of our program:
- Mobility – improve and restore joint mobility and function
- Warm Up – prepare your body to move
- Skill-Based Warm Up – a more specific warm up to prepare you for the demands of the workout
- WOD (Workout Of the Day) – a combination of running, gymnastics, jumping, squatting, lifting that is varied daily
- Post-WOD – we either cool down or recommend recovery techniques that will help you prepare you for your next training session.
People come into Reason with different goals and abilities. Our group classes are designed to meet those needs. Although the program is not as specific as private/individualized coaching, we feel our group classes will allow for our members to choose from 2 different tracks:
“Fitness” – the Basics. These workouts are designed to promote your health and fitness. You will be exposed to a wide variety of movements with focus on proper mechanics. The workouts are scalable and can also be made more difficult.. In simple terms, the “Fitness” program is perfect for anyone looking to be strong and lean long term.
“Performance Plus” – Intermediate/Advanced. These workouts are designed with a bit more complexity than our “Fitness” program. With the P+ programming, we will be looking to push the boundaries of human performance. It assumes that the athlete has conquered a particular level of movement ability and is ready for more complex movement and intensity. This programming will also be geared towards our athletes that partake in CrossFit as a sport.
