Use the schedule below to RSVP for the sessions you to plan to attend. Space is limited so please register for your classes to reserve your spot!

OPEN GYM is available for all members that have completed On Ramp. There are no coaches available during open gym.  Please note that classes get priority for equipment and gym space, and please be mindful of the people attending class. Although this is an option, we do not recommend that you only attend open gym. We want you to be part of our community, so taking classes is ideal.

CROSSFIT classes are offered to any member that has completed ON RAMP courses.

CROSSFIT LITE  has the same principles as a regular CrossFit class (Constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement) except we will focus more on technique and scaled down weights. CrossFit Lite is a option for our fundamentals course. This class is a great introduction to what a regular CrossFit workout would be like-just a little lighter. This is a great chance to “on ramp” over a longer period of time. The sessions will be offered 4 days a week. Each cycle is 4 weeks at a time. This is for a total of 16 classes. We ask that you enroll before the start of a cycle.

WEIGHTLIFTING is a 1 hour specialized class open to all members with a focus on improving lifting techniques.

FREE CLASS is a special class for first-time or new CrossFitters who want to either try CrossFit for the first time or feel the Saturday team-based WODs are a too intimidating.  This is also a “Bring a Friend” class for anyone who wants to share their love of CrossFit with friends or family.
