ANYONE NEW TO CROSSFIT IS ABLE TO TRY US OUT WITH A FREE INTRO CLASS.
We admit though, we have ulterior motives. We simply want to get to know you; how you move, your specific fitness goals, where you'd like your fitness journey to take you, and, also, this class allows you to get to know the amazing CrossFit Reason family.
What to expect in a typical intro class:
- Functional warm up to get the body ready for work
- An amazing experience with some of the top coaches around
- Specific and easy to understand demonstrations of all movements that you will need to perform
