Today's WOD**5k Row or 5k Run

**This week of WODs has been rough on the and this is meant to be a forced active recovery day. It is your chance to set a PR, or your chance to move your body and get a sweat going. No class start-times will apply today. Come in when you can and grab an rower. You also have the option of running 6 laps around California/Bonita loop. If you come in and they are all being used, then do some mobility in the meantime and then hop on when you can. Chances to row your 5k will begin at 530pm and end at 8:30pm.
