New programming trial began last week. In addition to our Fitness & Performance programming, we have added a "Alpha" program for our athletes that are pursuing competition, specifically in CrossFit.

ALPHA followers will be required to: 1. Follow prescribed programming 2. Attend competitors training session 3 out of 4x a month 3. Take rest, nutrition, mobility and cycles seriously 4. Be completely open to being coached 5. This program is NOT EXCLUSIVE to anyone at Reason. Any athlete that can meet the standards and agrees to requirements is eligible.If an athlete is interested but falls short of the requirements, coaching staff will help you identify supplement work that may help you achieve standards in the future.It is very important that you communicate your goals clearly so we can do our best to help you achieve them.

Programmed will be released on a weekly basis beginning January 2016.
