4 Strict HSPU*
Scale reps for athletes to remain unbroken or very close. Athletes who can perform some *SHSPU should scale reps, not movement, even if they can perform just one HSPU per round. Movement may be scaled to PIKE pushup with feet on box IF an athlete can maintain a strong hollow and vertical torso. Further scale to strict press with DB/KB/BB. Select a weight athlete can perform for unbroken sets, but not without some challenge. Scale double-unders so each attempt is less than 30s, if athlete cannot perform DU – perform singles with same time frames.
