Team Series Week 3
(Events 6&7 due by Thursday 10/20)

Event 6: (Must be done between 10/15-10/20 - no video required) SELF JUDGED.
"Mother Rucker"
1 Mile Run*, for time. Total score for each athlete contributes to overall event score.
*One teammate will run a mile time trial. One teammate will run a mile time trial, with a medicine ball. M/F - 30/10#

Event 7: (Video Submission) 
"Sorry Not Sorry"
5 min AMRAP: Burpees to 45# Hi-Temp Plate. Only one athlete works at a time. “Resting” partner holds a plank while partner 1 actively works. Burpee must have full extension at the hips, knees, ankles. Plank can be push up prone or elbow/forearm plank.

Event 8: "Death Drag" - Saturday 10/15 @9AM
AMRAP 10: Buy in: Team BW (LBS) Deadlift x30..then remaining time AMRAP of: 25 Ft Sled Drag + 25 Synchro DB Thrusters. Team can choose weight for deadlift, but may not change the weight. 
Sled Drag weight = 116 lbs F/F (2xBlue) 161 Lbs (3xBlue) M/F Teams,  206 lbs (4xBlue) M/M. 
DB Weight = M/F - 30/15#

Video Submission Updates: If you are making up a workout you have missed, please make sure you have a full video of your workout regardless of someone judging you or not. Workouts that have no videos will not be counted towards your score going forward. Submit videos & scores by THURSDAY 11:59PM or your score will not be counted.
